- Is this FDA?
- No. Device Desk is a private service. FDA does not endorse it and it is not required. Registering yourself costs nothing beyond FDA’s own fee.
- Do I pay FDA’s fee through you?
- Never. FDA’s fee is paid only on FDA’s Device Facility User Fee site. Anyone asking you to pay FDA’s fee to them is not FDA.
- Will you register for me?
- No. You, or the correspondent FDA has on file for you, register in FDA’s own system. We give you the record, the checklist and the dates.
- Why doesn’t my renewal show yet?
- FDA’s public database updates weekly. We check every week and email you as soon as it shows.
- What if my record looks wrong?
- FDA’s record is the authority. Fix it in FDA’s system; the dossier follows the record within a week.
- Do I owe the fee, or qualify for a waiver?
- FDA decides that, not us. FDA’s fee page.
